Formally, Tarith Cote is an independent record label and management office founded in 2007. It is solely owned and operated by its only artist, Jillian LaDage.

Informally, we are a business of individuals who believe in excellence, quality service and strong value. Although we are in the business renowned for celebrity, we find ourselves uncomfortable with the "phenomenon of celebrity;" instead we see our vision as one of enhancing and contributing to life's moments, discovery, and enriched experiences.

Although our ambitions are set high, we find joy in the aim. Just as we ourselves expect excellence in service as we are about our lives, we believe our public does as well. We are a small part in a large world, and we acknowledge the challenge inherent in our goal. We are committed to informing ourselves on responsible and fair business practices and keeping the old-fashioned values of a small business in practice.
